Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Zavepower Innovative Technology AB (publ) ("Zavepower", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By accessing or purchasing from Zavepower, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. Business customers represent that they have authority to bind their organization to these Terms.
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and Zavepower with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications.
2. Products and Services
Zavepower offers the following:
Spapilot
Hardware + SoftwareA smart IoT controller that connects to your spa or hot tub control system, enabling remote monitoring, temperature control, and energy optimization via the Zavepower app.
E.W.A. (Electronic Water Analyst)
Hardware + SoftwareA continuous water quality monitoring sensor that measures pH, ORP, and other parameters in real time, providing dosing recommendations through the app.
Zavepower App
Software (SaaS)A mobile and web application (iOS, Android, web) providing remote control, data visualization, alerts, and energy reports for connected Zavepower hardware.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EUR. Where required by applicable law, VAT is included in the displayed price for consumer transactions. Business customers with a valid EU VAT number may purchase VAT-exempt (reverse charge applies).
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment details, you authorize Zavepower to charge the amount for your order.
Software subscriptions (if applicable) are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer law.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship hardware to EU member states and selected additional countries. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Zavepower is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for hardware items pass to you upon delivery to the specified shipping address.
5. Returns and Cancellations
30-day return policy for unopened hardware
You may return unopened, undamaged hardware in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
Opened hardware may be returned within 14 days under EU consumer law (right of withdrawal). The device must be in its original condition with all accessories included.
To initiate a return, contact support@zavepower.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Hardware Warranty
All Zavepower hardware comes with a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU consumer law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or use outside the specified environment
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by water ingress beyond the device's rated protection level
To make a warranty claim, contact support@zavepower.com with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
7. Software License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Zavepower grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Zavepower app and cloud service for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your Zavepower hardware.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to another party
- Use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zavepower's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Zavepower is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU law.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Consumer customers in the EU retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our products after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
